About Grandma's Home Cooking School

Located just 20 minutes from Chiang Mai's city centre, Grandma’s Home Cooking School resides in a picturesque village within the Saraphi District. Delegates attending the cooking school will embark on a culinary journey starting with a guided market visit, where they'll be introduced to essential Thai ingredients. The experience extends to the school's organic farm for hands-on learning about Thai herbs and vegetables, along with activities like mushroom harvesting and egg collection. The course features a range of famous Thai dishes, where delegates can learn to cook appetisers, stir-fries, soups, curries, and desserts under skilled instructors.

Kang Kiew Waan (Green Curry)

Kang Kiew Waan, or Thai green curry, is known for its aromatic and creamy consistency. Made with green chilies, coconut milk, and a variety of herbs, it is usually served with meat such as chicken or beef and infused with flavours of basil and lime leaves.

Pad Thai (Stir-fried Rice Noodles)
