Thai Culinary Heritage with a Contemporary Twist
Jim Thompson, A Thai Restaurant draws inspiration from the life and legacy of Jim Thompson, the American entrepreneur whose passion for Thai culture and craftsmanship helped reintroduce Thai silk to an international audience in the 20th century. Located within the Jim Thompson Heritage Quarter, the restaurant continues the tradition of hospitality associated with Thompson’s Bangkok home, where artists, travellers, and guests from around the world once gathered.
The restaurant celebrates Thailand’s rich culinary heritage through a contemporary approach to its traditional flavours. The menu combines seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers with recipes and influences from across Thailand, creating dishes designed to be shared with the table in Thai tradition. The venue brings together lush gardens, traditional architecture, and contemporary design to create a dining experience that is distinctly Bangkok.

Tickets for the Conference Dinner are 125 USD per person. Your ticket includes a set meal with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that only registered delegates and audience members can attend.
Capacity is limited to 50 guests, so early booking is recommended.
